WHAT IS BLACK STACK?
Black Stack is a display website for the learning and testing of web development concepts by Thapelo Sepale. Thapelo is a programmer who specializes as a Web Developer. Thapelo has worked with various well known web technology languages and tools. Thapelo, who is also known by the name "JT31WEB" on the internet, lives in Klerksdorp in South Africa but does do remote work for long distance projects.
